Upon arrival we were greeted and seeded by a waiter who didn&#39;t bother to introduce themself and thereafter went away for an eternity and a then had to as a traineed waiter to help us.we simply wanted to order takeaways and have drinks while we wait but that was the worst decision ever. Our drinks alone took 20minutes and after patiently waiting for the takeaways the food is served in plates and not in a takeaway as asked and with a perplexed expression I asked the waiter of he understood the order at all to which he just stood there with a blanc look.he took the food away and it took a good 15minutes for him to bring it back by that time I was overly irritated and just wanted to leave.management in the establishment is none existing and that is just the basics of the industry

This is a very good seafood restaurant in East London, the salmon sashimi is fresh and delicious, and the Japanese sushi tastes very delicious.

What a beautiful last Sunday of the year, until we had our early dinner. The service was ok, the food was bad. We ordered a combo special and 500g T-bone steak, I asked for a medium to well steak but when it came to the table it was raw and cold in the middle. Funny thing being that when the waiter took the order we made a joke about the cooks getting the right temperature of the steak. Took it back and the same steak was given back to me, but this time dry as a desert, I had no choice but to eat it as I was hungry and didnt want to be a nuisance and get a special order from the kitchen. Waiter asked if I enjoyed it and I said no and he kept quiet. I concluded that the cooks didn&#39;t know the different temperatures and didn&#39;t care about the type of meat they serving to the customers. I am so disappointed and I don&#39;t see myself going back to the restaurant again. What a waste of money, it ruined my evening!!!
